Refund Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

All WiSure purchases — the monthly and yearly subscriptions, and the lifetime unlock — are made through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Apple processes the payment, not ByteSage Labs, which means Apple handles refunds directly, not us. We're not able to issue a refund from our side even if we wanted to — Apple's system doesn't give developers access to do that.

How to request a refund from Apple

Apple reviews and decides refund requests according to its own policies and applicable consumer law in your country — we have no visibility into individual requests and can't influence Apple's decision.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered on a subscription, cancel before the trial ends (iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) to avoid being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid period, that charge is subject to Apple's standard refund process above, not an automatic refund from us.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period — you'll keep Pro access until the period you already paid for ends. Cancel any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → WiSure.

Something wrong with the app itself?

If WiSure isn't working as described — a bug, a crash, a feature that isn't functioning — that's on us to fix, and separate from a billing refund. Email support@bytesagelabs.com with what happened and we'll help, and can point you to Apple's refund flow if a refund turns out to be the right outcome.
